Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with the included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 30 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it for another product or offer a refund based on the original payment method. Please note the following: Products can only be returned to the country in which they were originally purchased.

When we receive complaints about a product purchased from us, for which the warranty is valid, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund when we return the product to you. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product.
